The 18-hole Beaver Creek, formerly known as Beaver Hills Golf Club in Martinsville, Virginia features 6,119 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71.
The course rating is 68.1 and it has a slope rating of 108. Designed by Ferdinand Garbin, Beaver Creek opened in 1945.
Beaver Creek golf course layout is comprised off Tohama 31 Bermuda greens and tees, while our fairways are a Transcontinental Bermuda/Fesque mixture.
"Two Chimneys" stand where the original Beaver Creek pro shop stood.
Past professionals at Beaver Creek included Bruce Gilbert, Tim Burton, Mike Jones, Andy and Eddie Sechrist, Brian Whitehead, and now James Draper.
The Beaver Hills Invitational was a premier regional event that showcased many mini tour professionals and top regional talent.
Beaver Creek is home to the ANDREW HALEY MEMORIAL JUNIOR GOLF TOURNAMENT
Beaver Creek is home of the Patrick & Henry Community College and Bassett High School golf teams.
Beaver Creek was the home or repeat state champion Fieldale-Collinsville High School golf team.
